Q: What if I am not happy with the service?
A: If you do not like the psychic you have received a reading from for any reason, send an email to admin@spiritualguidedpsychics.com and we will have another psychic read for you. Each complaint will be addressed on an individual basis with SGP Administrators.
If you are a first-time user and you are dissatisfied with your psychic reading, we will provide you another reading and if you are still dissatisfied we will consider giving you a refund. However, if a refund is issued you will automatically be blocked from further sessions on this site. Your privacy is protected and all information is kept confidential.
Q: I ordered an email psychic reading, but I have not received it yet?
A: Our psychics reply to your readings as soon as they can, but it does vary from reader to reader. Sometimes delays can occur, but generally you will receive your email reading the next day or within 24 hours. If it has still not arrived, please contact us with your receipt number.
Q: How do I choose a psychic reader?
A: You can search through the profiles of our readers. You might see a friendly face, or perhaps you will be assured by one of their client testimonials and find you have a closer connection with one specific reader. This notification allows you to purchase additional time during your reading, without disconnecting from the psychic you are currently talking to or chatting with. If you run out of time while receiving a reading, the notification message will be given, allowing you the option of purchasing more time to add to your account. Your psychic will be placed on hold while you make your decision.
Q: How will I know when a recharge message is playing?
A: During a phone reading, you and your psychic will both hear a tone, signifying that you have one minute left in your account. When you reach zero minutes, you will hear your purchase options, while the psychic is hearing a message to stay on hold until you make a decision about extending your current reading. By making a purchase, you will be able to continue your reading with the same psychic.
During an online chat, the amount of time you have in your account is displayed at the top of the window. When you run out of time, a message will appear in your chat window with a link to your recharge options. By making a purchase, you will be able to continue your reading with the same psychic.
